Hansen Communication

Hansen Communication is located right in the middle of Shahid Nagar in Sahibabad. It's a very crowded area and our shop is tucked away where people are always walking by. We spend our days looking at small screens and trying to fix buttons that don't click anymore. The shop is quite narrow, so when three or four people come in at once, it feels very tight. We have chargers and phone cases hanging on every bit of wall space we could find. It’s a lot of talk all day long because everyone has a different problem with their mobile. Some people are in a hurry and others want to sit and tell us their whole life story while we work. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and the noise of the market. We don't have a fancy uniform or a big corporate manual. We just learned things by doing them over the years. Some days we are busy until late at night because people stop by after work to get their recharges done. The lights in here are a bit too bright but they help us see the tiny screws inside the phones. It's a basic setup but it works for us and the people around here. We just try to keep things moving and help out whoever walks through the door with a broken device.
