Hamari Rasoi

Hamari Rasoi is located in Sharma Market within Chalera Village, Sector 44. It’s a place that feels a bit different from the high-rise parts of Noida. The village atmosphere is still there, with narrow lanes and a lot of activity all the time. Our kitchen is simple, and we try to make food that feels like something you’d eat at home. We get a lot of people who live nearby or work in the local shops coming in for a meal. The mornings are spent getting the vegetables delivered and cleaning them up. There’s always someone stirring a big pot or packing up containers for delivery. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign, just a basic setup that does the job. It gets quite warm in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to manage with the backup, but that’s just part of being in this area. We see a lot of regular faces, people who have been coming here for a long time. It’s nice to know everyone’s name. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one where you can get a decent meal without any fuss. It’s just how we run things, day in and day out, without any pretension. The food is made, the dishes are washed, and we go home.
