Gurukripa Communication

Bhabna Market is where you will find us, specifically at number 4. We are right on the Ghaziabad Up Road in Shahibabad. It is a very busy market area. There are people shouting, horns honking, and the smell of street food from the vendors nearby. Gurukripa Communication is tucked in between a few other small shops. We don't have a lot of room, so we have to use every inch of the shelves. We sell SIM cards, do phone repairs, and help people with their bill payments. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the whole market and we have to sit in the dark with the doors open to get some air. It gets really hot in the summer months. We have a small plastic clock on the wall that's five minutes fast, but we never fix it. It helps us feel like we’re ahead of schedule. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know us by name and we know theirs. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work on their phones. It’s a messy, loud, and busy place but it’s our spot. We keep the counter as clear as we can, but papers always pile up. It’s just the way a market shop works. We like being in the middle of all the action in Shahibabad. Even when the drain outside smells, we just keep the door partially closed and carry on.
