Gtec Smart Classes

Gtec Smart Classes is over at 118/4, East Model Tower, right by the Opulent Mall in Ghaziabad. Being so close to the mall means there is always something going on outside, but inside we try to keep it focused on the computers and the lessons. It is a fairly central spot, so people from different parts of Ghaziabad find their way here. The office is located in the tower, and it has that typical commercial building feel with the hallways and the elevators. We have set up the rooms with rows of computers and desks for the students. It’s a bit of a routine—opening up early, checking the machines, and getting the lesson plans ready for whoever is coming in that day. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Sometimes a keyboard acts up or the internet slows down for a minute, and we just deal with it and move on. The staff is just regular people who know their way around the subjects. We talk to the students like neighbors because that’s mostly what they are. It can get pretty hot in the summer when the sun hits the building windows, but we keep the fans going. It’s a practical setup for people who want to learn something new or get better at what they already know. We just take things one day at a time here and focus on the students.
