Great Indian Rasoi Private Limited is tucked away in Urban Homes at Aditya World City. Our address is E-1206, and that’s where the planning and the cooking happen. Being right on NH-24 means there is always a low hum of trucks and cars in the distance. We focus on getting real food out to people who don't have time to cook for themselves. The kitchen is almost always warm, and there’s usually a pot of something bubbling on the stove. We don't have a giant restaurant floor, just a practical setup that works for our delivery-heavy model. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have three people working at the same time, but we make it work. We go through a lot of onions and spices every week, and the smell follows you home after work. Sometimes the delivery riders get lost in the complex, so we spend a lot of time giving directions over the phone. We don't use fancy terms for our food; it’s just the stuff we grew up eating. The pots and pans have been through a lot, but they still do the job better than anything else. It's a lot of cleaning and prepping before the lunch rush hits. We like being part of the Aditya World City community because there are always people around. It’s a simple life of making sure the food tastes like home and gets delivered while it’s still hot for our customers.
