You can find us over at D-32 on Bulandsahar Road in the industrial area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but we’ve been at this spot for quite a while. We handle precision products, which sounds more sophisticated than it feels when you're actually on the floor. It’s mostly about making sure things are measured right and that the machines are calibrated. We have a lot of old equipment mixed in with some newer stuff we picked up over the years. The floor is always a bit cluttered with crates and metal scraps, no matter how much we try to tidy up on Fridays. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the machines by heart and some younger ones who are still learning. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a family where everyone argues but gets the work done anyway. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up talking about what went wrong during the shift. We focus on the tiny details because that's what the job asks for. It can be tedious, looking at small parts all day, but it’s what we do. We don't spend money on marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming here for a decade. It’s just a normal factory life for us.
