Our spot is at G 171 in Sector 41, Noida. This part of Noida is actually fairly calm, which we appreciate. Essar operates out of this building, and it feels more like a local workplace than a big corporate office. We’ve set things up so we have everything we need without any unnecessary clutter. There are a few trees outside our window, and the street doesn't get too much heavy traffic. Inside, it’s just a handful of us working together. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up to see who it is. We spend our time on our projects, talking things over across the room rather than sending emails to someone sitting five feet away. The 201303 area is where we’ve settled in. We like the vibe here. It’s quiet enough to focus but close enough to the main parts of Noida if we need anything. We have a small fridge for our lunch boxes and a kettle that gets used a lot for tea. It’s a very simple, honest way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just focus on the work we have in front of us and try to do it right. It’s a comfortable, steady routine for all of us.
