Divya Engineering Works

We are over here on Meerut Road, just about eight kilometers out. It is right across from Manan Dham Mandir, so if you see the temple gate, you are basically at our door. The shop gets a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing by on the main road, but we stay busy. Divya Engineering Works is just a regular place where we handle whatever metal work or repairs come through the gate. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes, dealing with the heat in the summer and making sure the machines are running like they should. Sometimes the noise from the road is louder than the shop itself. We have been in Morta for a while now. The space is filled with scrap pieces, tools, and half-finished jobs. It isn't a fancy office with air conditioning or anything like that. Just a solid workshop where things get done. We know the neighbors and the local drivers who stop by when they have a problem. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. If you are looking for us, look for the 8 km stone marker. It is a practical spot for an engineering shop because of the highway access. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down, we just get to the work as it arrives. Most days end with grease on our hands and a bit of a tired back, but that is how this business goes.
