Dev Chauhan Fabrication

Dev Chauhan Fabrication is located in the Rahul Vihar Main Market right by the Bye Pass Road. Our workshop is usually quite loud because we are always cutting iron or using the welding machine. We make things like gates for houses and safety grills for windows. It is a dusty job and the floor is usually covered in metal scraps and iron filings. We have some heavy machinery for bending pipes and a big table where we lay out the designs. Being near the Bye Pass Road means it is easy for trucks to drop off the raw metal we need. We don't have a fancy office or any sales people. Dev is usually out there with the mask on doing the welding himself. We work with steel and iron mostly and we use a lot of black paint to finish the jobs so they don't rust in the rain. People from around Rahul Vihar come to us when they are building a new house or need a repair on an old fence. It is hard work and the sun can make the shop very hot in the afternoons but we are used to it by now. We just focus on making things that are strong and will last for a long time. It is a basic fabrication shop where we use our hands and our tools to build what the neighbors need.
