Dessi Dhaaba Private Limited

We are located right at House No. 233D in Shipra Sun City, Indrapuram. If you live around here in Ghaziabad, you probably know the area. It is a big society and there are always people walking around. We call it Dessi Dhaaba because that is exactly what it is. Just simple food like you would find on a roadside, but right here in the middle of the buildings. The kitchen is always going. We start early with the prep work, chopping onions and getting the spices ready for the day. It gets hot in there, especially in the summer months, but the food has to get cooked. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. There are wooden tables and basic chairs. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside and it gets a bit chaotic with all the bikes. We see the same faces every week, people coming home from work who don't want to cook themselves. It feels like a normal neighborhood spot. There is always some music playing in the background or just the sound of the traffic from the main road nearby. We keep the menu pretty straightforward so we don't get confused in the rush. It is just a small business trying to feed the folks in Sun City. Sometimes we run out of things by late night, but that is just how it is when you cook every day.
