Daddu Caters

Daddu Caters is based at Plot No. S-29 in the Commercial Market of Dlf Ankur Vihar. We are located near the Delhi Police spot in Khajuri. Our daily life revolves around the big kitchen we have there. It’s a busy place, especially on mornings when we have a big event to cook for. You’ll hear the knives chopping and the big burners roaring pretty early. We handle all kinds of food for weddings, small parties, and local gatherings. The market area can get pretty hectic with people moving around and cars trying to park in small spaces. Our shop is mostly filled with big stainless steel pots, gas cylinders, and crates of vegetables. It’s not a fancy restaurant where you sit down to eat. It’s a place where work gets done. My brother and I manage the staff and make sure the spices are right. Sometimes we’re up until 2 AM finishing the prep work for a breakfast order. We don't have a polished office; usually, the table is covered with grocery lists and scribbled notes about menu changes. We’ve been in Ankur Vihar for a few years now and most people around here know us. We don't do any big advertising or have a corporate team. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the food is ready on time. It’s hard on the feet and the heat from the stoves is a lot, but we’re used to it. We just want to do our job well.
