Cilantro

So, we started Cilantro here in Indirapuram some time ago. We're over at S 428/1 in Shakti Khand 1. If you know the area, we are pretty close to the Deepanshu Hotel. It's just a regular place where we try to get things right every day. Ghaziabad can be busy, but our corner here is where we spend most of our time. Sometimes things get a bit hectic in the kitchen, especially on weekends, but that is just how it goes. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It's just us working at the shop. The address is 201014 if you are looking it up on a map. We see a lot of local faces from around the neighborhood. Usually, someone is around to help out if you stop by. It isn't a huge operation, just a small business trying to keep the doors open and the food moving. We chose this spot because it felt right for what we wanted to do. There isn't much else to say really. We are just here doing our thing every day near the hotel. People come in, they eat, and we clean up and do it again the next morning. It’s a simple life for us here in Shakti Khand. We hope the directions are clear enough for anyone trying to find the building. We just want to keep things simple and honest for everyone.
