You can find Chawla'S over in Sahibabad at S-24 in Shalimar Garden Extension Ii. It is a quiet enough area most of the time, tucked away from the main highway noise. We have been operating from this spot for quite some time now. The kitchen is where most of the work happens, and it can get pretty loud with the clinking of pots and pans once the orders start coming in. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us making sure things get done. The address S-24 is easy to find if you know the Shalimar Garden layout. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the floors are wiped down before the next person sits. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around the front door, which makes it feel a bit crowded, but that's just part of the business these days. We don't do much in the way of advertising because people in the Extension Ii area already know we are here. It’s a plain place, nothing too fancy to look at, but it’s our workplace and we take care of it. Whether it is a busy Friday night or a slow Tuesday afternoon, we are usually here at the shop doing the same things we've always done since we first opened up in Sahibabad. It is just about getting the work done every day.
