Our unit is located at D-77 in Epip Site 5, over in Kasna. It’s part of the UPSIDC area, so it’s all factories and big warehouses as far as you can see. We’ve been in this specific plot for a good while. The building is a big metal structure, which is fitting given the kind of materials we handle every day. It gets really hot in the summer, but we’ve got some big industrial fans to keep the air moving a little bit. Most of the floor space is taken up by raw materials and the heavy machines we use. There isn’t much room left for a proper office, so the main desk is just tucked into a corner near the front door. We spend our days dealing with deliveries and making sure the production stays on track. It’s a lot of physical work, and we usually wear old clothes because everything gets dusty or greasy pretty fast. Kasna is a bit out of the way for some, but it’s where all the real industrial action happens. We have a small team of local guys who have been with us since we first opened the doors. We don't really do the corporate thing with titles or fancy meetings. We talk plainly and we expect others to do the same. If there’s a problem with a machine, we fix it right there on the spot. The road outside can get pretty muddy and difficult when it rains. The UPSIDC area is massive, so we’re just one small part of it.
