Bikano

We spend most of our time here at Sector 16 A-79/A, just trying to keep everything moving. It's a busy spot. Most mornings start early, even before the sun is really up, just to get the snacks ready and out on the shelves. Bikano has been around for a while, but being here in this specific part of the sector feels different. You see the same faces every day, people heading to work or stopping by on their way home. The floors need sweeping constantly because of the dust from the road. We have these big glass counters that we are always wiping down. It’s not fancy or anything. Just a lot of boxes and trays of food. Sometimes the air conditioning plays up, and it gets a bit warm inside, but we manage. We aren’t trying to do anything big or special, just keeping the shop stocked. The address is easy to find if you know the sector, but some people still get turned around near A-79/A. We have a few staff members who have been here for years. They know exactly where every single packet of bhujia is kept without even looking. It gets noisy when the delivery trucks come in the afternoon. We have to unload everything quickly so we don't block the street too much. It’s a lot of work, but that is just how things go here every day of the week, just keeping the shelves full for whoever walks in and needs something to eat.
