We are located at Gandhi Nagar 15. The shop is small but we keep a lot of stuff inside. Most days start with opening the shutters and cleaning the glass cases where we keep the phones. People walk in with all sorts of problems, usually broken screens or batteries that don't hold a charge anymore. We have been here for a good while now. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting at the same time. We try to get things fixed quickly so people can get back to their day. It’s mostly just us working on the boards and testing the signals. We sell some basic accessories too, like cables that don't break after a week and covers for most models. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we need to see those tiny screws on the circuit boards. Gandhi Nagar 15 is a busy spot, so there’s always noise from the street coming in. We don't have a big fancy office, just a counter and some chairs for people to sit while they wait for a recharge or a repair. It's a simple setup. If someone needs a second-hand phone, we usually have a few tucked away in the drawer to show them. Dealing with tech can be a headache, but it’s what we do here every day. We know most of the people who live around this part of the neighborhood and they know where to find us.
