Ashirwad Bengali Sweets

We open up here at Shop No-43 in Shipra Suncity early. It is usually quiet around Indirapuram when the shutters go up. Most mornings start with moving heavy trays around. There is a specific smell of milk and sugar that just stays in the air. People from the apartments nearby walk past while they are out for their morning exercise. We see the same faces every day. Sometimes the fridge makes a bit too much noise. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass counters because fingerprints show up so easily. It gets busy in the evenings when families come by after dinner. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps when we are packing things into boxes. Shipra Suncity has a lot of people moving around, so there is always someone stopping in. Sometimes we just stand by the door when it is slow. The tiles on the floor are getting a bit worn out in the corners. It is just us doing the daily work, keeping the shelves stocked and making sure everything is where it should be. We do not have a big fancy office, just the back room where we keep the supplies. It is a simple life here at Ashirwad Bengali Sweets. We just try to get through the list of things to do before closing up at night.
