Arjun Industries

Arjun Industries is basically just a group of us working out of Plot No-T-1 in Site 4. We’ve been in this industrial area for a while now. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but we’ve gotten used to it. Most days start early because the trucks come in around seven. We handle a lot of metal work and fabrication, though it depends on what the order is that week. Sometimes the floor gets a bit messy when we have a big project going on, but we try to keep things organized enough so nobody trips. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just a small desk in the corner where we keep the bills and the phone. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons under the shed, so we usually take a longer break then. My father started this place, and I’ve been helping out since I finished school. We just focus on getting the work done so the customer can pick it up on time. There isn't much to say other than we work hard and try not to make too many mistakes. If something goes wrong, we fix it and move on. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We know most of the guys in the other plots too. Sometimes we borrow tools from each other when something breaks down unexpectedly. That's just how it goes here in the estate.
