Anshika Restaurants Llp is our name, and we are located right across from Crossing Republik. The address is 976/3, Sahaj Yog Mandir, inside Anshal Aquapolis in Ghaziabad, 201016. Being near Crossing Republik means there is a constant stream of cars and people passing by our door. The Mandir is right there, which helps people find us when they are in the area. Running this restaurant takes up almost all of our time. We are usually in the kitchen or talking to our suppliers about the next delivery. It is not always a smooth process, and we have days where everything seems to go wrong at once. We are not a massive chain with a lot of money to spend on fancy things or big ads. We are just a local Llp trying to do our job. We handle all the chores ourselves, including the mopping and the inventory checks every single week. Ghaziabad is a crowded city, and Anshal Aquapolis is a part of it that keeps growing every year. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first moved in. We do not have any big mission statements or slogans. We just open the doors and try to get the cooking right for whoever comes in. It is a busy life, but it is simple in its own way. We mostly just interact with the people living in the nearby apartments.
