You can find Annapurna Bhojnalya over at 175/RDC in Rajnagar. We’ve been in Ghaziabad for a bit now, just serving meals to whoever walks through the door. The RDC area is always crowded, so there’s usually a lot of noise and people moving about outside. We keep the place straightforward. No big signs or flashing lights, just the name on the door. Inside, it’s mostly about the kitchen. We spend a lot of time prepping vegetables and making sure the dal is cooked right. It’s hard work, especially when the lunch rush hits and everyone wants their food at the same time. We don't use any fancy machinery, just regular cooking tools and a lot of patience. Sometimes we run out of certain items early if it's a busy day. We don't really have a big team, just a handful of people who know how to cook and serve. Most of our regulars are people who work in the nearby offices or live around Rajnagar. They come in because they know what to expect. It isn't a place for a fancy party, just a spot to sit down and eat a meal that feels like something from home. We try to keep the floors clean and the water jugs filled. That’s about it. We’re just a small bhojnalya trying to stay busy in a busy part of town. We are happy to be here and just do our thing every day.
