Amis Engineers

You can find us at 141, Rashtrapati Road. It is a very busy street with plenty of history in the buildings. Amis Engineers has been in this spot for a good while now. The shop front is not very wide, but the space goes back quite deep. We do a lot of engineering work, mostly focusing on small parts and repairs that need a bit of extra thought. It is not just about selling a product; it is about figuring out why a piece of equipment stopped working. The building is old, so the thick walls help keep the place a bit cooler during the hot summers. We have a few workbenches where the guys do their daily tasks. There is always that smell of grease and metal in the air. I usually sit near the front so I can see who is coming in from the street. We get all kinds of people. Some bring in things that look fifty years old and ask if we can make a replacement part. Usually, we can find a way. We do not have a marketing team or anyone doing sales. Most people just see our sign while they are sitting in traffic on the road. We usually close up around 7 pm unless there is a job that really needs to be finished. We just like fixing things and making sure the parts we provide work correctly.
