Ajanta Watch Co

Ajanta Watch Co is tucked away at shop number 70 in the City Centre Market over in Ramprasth. We have been here in Ghaziabad for quite a while now, just doing our daily work with watches. The market gets pretty crowded, especially in the late afternoon when people are heading home or out to buy groceries. Our shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular spot with glass counters and plenty of small tools lying around. Most of our day is spent sitting at the bench, looking at tiny parts that most people probably wouldn't even notice. We open up the shutters every morning and start by wiping down the glass because the dust from the road always finds its way in. It is a simple life here at number 70. You get to know the other shopkeepers and the regulars who walk by every day. Sometimes people just stop by to say hello or ask for a quick adjustment on a strap. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered with clocks that all tick at slightly different times. It can get a bit loud in the market outside with all the rickshaws and people talking, but inside it feels a bit slower. We just keep our heads down and focus on the watches brought to us. That is how things have always been for us in Ramprasth.
