Our place is at C17/7 in the Sector 22 Meerut Road Industrial Area. If you drive through here, you’ll see it’s all factories and workshops, and we fit right in with the rest of them. We focus on machine tools, so our floor is usually covered with lathes, drills, and heavy bits of equipment. It’s a concrete space that usually has a few oil patches here and there, which is pretty standard for what we do. People come in from the surrounding industrial area when they need a specific tool or a replacement for their shop. Sometimes the trucks on Meerut Road make it hard to even hear yourself talk, but that’s just the environment we work in. We keep a lot of stock piled up because people usually need things right away and can't wait for a delivery. We don’t have any fancy displays or marketing brochures lying around. It’s more about just showing someone the tool and seeing if it’s the right fit for their machine. We work regular hours and try to keep everything in working order. It’s not a complicated business model. We just provide the tools that help other people do their manufacturing work. Some days are busier than others, especially when a big local plant has a breakdown and needs parts fast. We just do our best to help them out and keep the business running smoothly.
