We’re over at C-119 on Lohia Road in Sector 63. It’s a big industrial area, so there’s always a lot of noise and activity around us. We deal with electronics, mostly wires and components from what you can see on the floor. The building is pretty large, and we’ve got different sections for different parts of the work. It’s not exactly a quiet office job. There are always people moving crates and checking machines. We’ve been here in C Block for years, and we’ve seen the whole area grow up around us. The traffic on Lohia Road can be a nightmare in the evening, so we try to time our shifts around it. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of workstations and people focused on their tasks. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration. We’ve got some old posters on the walls and plenty of storage racks. It’s a practical place. We focus on the daily output rather than having fancy meetings. Our staff is a loyal group; many have been with us since the beginning. We eat lunch together in the canteen area when we have the time. It’s just a regular factory environment where people work hard. We don't use a lot of flowery language. It’s just us doing our bit in the electronics sector here in Noida. There's a lot of metal and plastic and hard work involved every single day to keep things moving.
