Our place is over in Sector 12, Noida, specifically at T-49. It's one of those parts of town where there's always something going on nearby. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time. Most of us get here pretty early to beat the traffic coming in from other parts of the NCR. The office has a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces too. It’s not the kind of place with shiny glass walls everywhere, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of our time on calls or looking at schedules. Since we are part of a bigger name, people sometimes expect a lot of formality, but honestly, it’s pretty relaxed in the break room. We mostly just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure things move along as they should. The air conditioning works okay, which is a blessing in the summer months here. Sometimes the lunch breaks go a little long if someone brings in something good to share. We don't have a big fancy reception area, just a desk where you sign in. It feels more like a workplace where people actually know each other's names instead of just being another face in a giant tower. The office hasn't changed much in the last few years, just some new paint here and there. That’s just the way it is here at T-49.
