We are tucked away in Sector 44, specifically in Gali No 1. It is a local neighborhood kind of place, and that is how we like it. Most of what we do involves talking to people who need jobs and trying to find a spot for them in one of the local businesses nearby. It is a lot of listening and looking at what someone can actually do versus what is written on their paper. Some days are slow, and other days we have people waiting out the door in the hallway. We do not have a big marketing department or anything fancy like that. It is just us and a couple of phones and a computer that has seen better days. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a company needs a driver or a clerk, we look through our files and see who fits. It is not always a perfect match, but we try our best to help everyone out. Living and working around Gali No 1 means we know a lot of the families and workers in the area. We see ourselves as just another part of the street, doing what we can to help people earn a living and get by. It is honest work, even if it gets a bit stressful when the job market is tight. We keep the doors open and the files ready for whoever walks in next, hoping we can find something that works for them.
