Our office is at G-80 in Sector-25 of Noida. It’s a standard office building, nothing too flashy. We work as consultants here at Carrierbridge Counsultancy Pvt Ltd. Mostly we are helping folks navigate their career paths or helping companies with their staffing needs. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. Noida has so many offices, but we like our spot here. We’ve got a few rooms where we do interviews or just sit and work through piles of applications. It can be a bit overwhelming sometimes with how many people are looking for work. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy theories. We just look at what a person can do and where they might be able to do it. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It keeps the energy up. We aren't a massive agency, just a group of people who know how to match jobs with workers. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we usually head home on time. It’s a living, and it feels good when we actually help someone get a job they need. We’ve been at this for a while now, so we’ve seen the industry change, but the basic work is still the same. Just trying to bridge that gap between companies and employees every day. It's just us doing our bit.
