Quadrangle (Naukri.Com)

Our office is located in Sector 27, which is a pretty familiar part of Noida for most people around here. It’s actually in a flat, which makes it feel less like a corporate environment and more like a place where you can actually get things done without too much fuss. Flat No. 2, specifically. We’ve been here for a bit, handling the recruitment side of things for Quadrangle. Since we’re connected to the bigger Naukri name, people expect a lot, but on the ground, we’re just a small group of people working out of a residential-style block. The commute is okay most days, though Sector 27 can get a bit crowded during peak hours. We deal with a lot of resumes and candidates every single day. Some people drop by, though we mostly do things over the phone or computer. The space is filled with desks and papers, and it can get a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big hiring push. We don't have any fancy catering or a gym like those big tech parks. We just have a kettle for coffee and some chairs that have seen better days. It's an honest place to work. We talk to folks from all over who are just trying to find their next paycheck. It’s practical work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes for a second, but we just keep going. It’s what we do. We don't spend much time on long meetings, we just get the job done.
