We are over here in Sector-19, Noida, at B-370. It’s a pretty busy spot with a lot of noise from the street sometimes, but we’ve been here for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around the desks, going through a lot of paperwork and taking calls from people looking for work. We do management consulting stuff, which mostly means we try to figure out where people fit in different companies. It isn't always easy because some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it is quite slow. The office is decent, nothing too fancy, just some desks and old filing cabinets that we should probably organize better. People usually find us easily enough because everyone knows this part of Noida. We usually get our tea from the guy down the road. It's just a normal workplace where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big project, and other times we head out early if the weather is actually nice for once. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just talk to people and see what they need. Sector-19 has a lot of energy, so there is always someone coming or going. We have been doing this Hr One thing for a bit, and while the building might look a bit plain from the outside, we keep it moving inside every single day.
