Our building is one of many on this block. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people with headsets on. It can get quite noisy when everyone is on a call at the same time. We have some whiteboards on the walls where we scribble down notes or reminders for the week. The air conditioning is always humming in the background to keep the server room cool. Most of us eat our lunch at our desks or go down to the little stalls on the street for some street food. It’s a fast-paced environment because there is always something happening or someone calling with a question about their job search. We aren't big on formalities here; people wear what they want as long as they get their tasks finished. There are stacks of newspapers and magazines in the corner that nobody has looked at in months. We have a lot of screens and a lot of coffee cups lying around. It’s just a regular Noida office where we spend our eight or nine hours a day trying to make things work. We don't have any grand speeches about what we do. We just come in, log on, and handle the day as it comes. It's a lot of typing and talking.
