Teamlease Services

Our office is in Jalvayu Vihar, which is a fairly quiet residential colony in Sector 25 of Noida. We are at J-239. It is a house that we have turned into an office space. It has a very different feel than those big glass towers you see in other parts of Noida. We handle service work here. Most of the time, the atmosphere is pretty low-key. We have a few rooms where people sit and do their work. The garden outside is small but it is nice to look at when you need a break from the screen. We have been at this address for a while now. Teamlease Services is just the name on the door, really. Inside, it is just a bunch of us trying to stay on top of our daily tasks. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People just wear what they are comfortable in. Sometimes the neighborhood dogs bark a lot, which can be a bit distracting during calls. We usually order food from the local places nearby for lunch. It is a simple life here in Jalvayu Vihar. We do not have any big corporate presentations or anything fancy. We just come in, do the work, and go home. It feels honest and straightforward, which is how we like to run things. There is no corporate ladder here, just people working together. If you come by, you might see some laundry hanging on the neighbor's balcony. That's just how Jalvayu Vihar is. We aren't in a rush to move.
