Talent India Consultant Group is based out of S12, on the second floor of Eldeco Green Meadows. Being here in Uttar Pradesh has its ups and downs, but we generally like the area. The 201301 pin code is pretty easy to find once you get inside the complex. We do consulting work, which involves talking to people and trying to help them out with their careers. It is a lot of phone calls and emails throughout the day. Our office is small, but it gets the job done for us. We have been in this spot for some time now and the neighbors are alright. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We are not a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a group of us trying to do right by the people who come to us for help. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated plans. We just listen and see what needs to be done. The office has a few desks and a lot of paper everywhere. That is just how we work.
