Sehdev Saini Dhaba

Sehdev Saini Dhaba is out in Sector 44 in Noida. We’re near the Shital petrol pump, which is a good landmark because the Main Dadri Road can get a bit confusing if you don't know the area well. The place is technically in Village Chhalera. It’s a dhaba, so it’s not about being fancy or having a menu with a hundred things. We have the usual setup with some seating and a kitchen that stays busy all day. You’ll see a lot of people stopping by when they’re filling up their cars or just passing through Sector 44. It’s a dusty spot because of the road, but we keep the tables wiped down as much as possible. We start early in the morning, getting the stove going and prepping for the day. There’s no big sign with pictures, just what we’re cooking that day. People from Chhalera come by, and we also get workers from the nearby construction sites. It’s the kind of place where you hear the trucks rumbling by on Dadri Road while you eat. We don't use any fancy language to describe the food. It’s just what we make. The petrol pump next door brings in a lot of people who are just looking for a quick bite before they head back onto the highway. It’s a simple life running a dhaba. We just keep the fire going for everyone.
