Rpo World Wide (Division Of Igate Global)

Rpo World Wide is tucked away on the second floor of B-26 in Sector-50, Noida. Even though we are a division of Igate Global, the office here feels much more like a local operation. We have been in this part of Uttar Pradesh 201301 for quite a while. Our main thing is recruitment process outsourcing, so there are always people interviewing or looking through resumes on their screens. The second floor gets a good breeze if we leave the windows open, but usually, we just have the air conditioning humming along. There are about a dozen desks and some basic chairs that we got a few years back. The walls are a plain off-white color and we have some calendars hanging up to keep track of the months. It is a functional space without any unnecessary decorations. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to match them with jobs. It can be repetitive work, but it keeps us busy and the day goes by fast. Sector-50 is a pretty nice area with some parks nearby if you need a walk during the break. We aren't fancy and we don't have a big reception desk with a fancy logo. It is just a door with our name on it. Most of the staff live nearby and they just commute in by scooty or bus. We focus on the daily grind of hiring and paperwork. It is a steady environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it.
