Recruitment Consulttancy

We operate out of A-503 in Kesar Garden, which is over in Sector 48 of Noida. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. Recruitment Consulttancy is the name we use, and yes, we know there's an extra 't' in there, but that’s just how it’s registered. We started this from a small room and it hasn't changed all that much in terms of how we work. It’s a very laid-back environment here. You’ll usually find us in comfortable clothes rather than suits. We spend a lot of time on our laptops looking through profiles and talking to people. Since we’re in an apartment complex, the atmosphere is quite homely. Sometimes you can hear the kids playing outside in the garden or the sound of someone’s TV next door. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by just looking up the address. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the door to filing the taxes. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. We like being in Sector 48 because it’s easy to get to, and the 201305 pin code is pretty central. We’re just a small team trying to help folks find jobs without making a huge fuss about it. We just keep things moving.
