Quadrangle, Naukri.Com

Quadrangle operates out of unit 1209 in the Lord Mahavira Apts. This is over in Sector-29, Noida-201301. Being in an apartment complex means we see our neighbors coming and going with their groceries while we are working on Naukri.Com tasks. It is a bit of a tight space with all the computers and desks squeezed in, but we make it work. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the street below. We spend a lot of time on the computer, searching for people and checking details. It is mostly quiet work, punctuated by the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually bring lunch from home or order something from the local place. The elevator in the building can be slow during the morning rush. We are just a group of people doing recruitment work in a regular apartment setting. There are stacks of folders here and there that we need to file away. It feels like a normal job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just focus on the lists and the data we have to get through. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It is just how things go here. We finish up in the evening and head home like everyone else. The apartment setup is simple and helps us stay concentrated on what is right in front of us.
