Igate (Mastech) Corporation, Noida

Our spot is over in Sector 62 at the PMO Apartments, specifically B-509. Noida has changed a lot since we first started coming here. It used to be much quieter, but now it’s all tall buildings and traffic. Igate (Mastech) Corporation is where we spend our mornings and evenings. We’re up on the fifth floor. It’s a decent space, enough room for our computers and a few chairs for when people stop by. Dealing with recruitment and tech stuff means we are always on the phone. The elevators in this building can be a little slow sometimes, so we usually leave a bit early if we have to meet someone downstairs. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat at our desks while watching the news or just chatting about the weekend. It’s not a shiny glass tower like some of the other companies nearby, but it works for us. We know the security guards and the guys who run the tea stall outside. It feels like a small community even though Noida is huge. Sometimes the internet goes slow, and we all just take a break until it comes back. It's a normal office life with normal problems. We just try to stay organized and help the people who reach out to us. No big speeches or anything, just work. There is always someone typing or talking, and that is just the way we like it.
