Placement Consultancy

We run things out of an apartment in Sector 62. It’s F-101 in the Jeevan Ashray building, right at C-58 / 08. It’s a bit of a different setup than those big office buildings nearby, but it works for us. Working from an apartment makes the whole placement process feel a bit more relaxed. We spend our time looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. Noida’s Sector 62 is a hub for a lot of companies, so we’re right in the middle of where things happen. It gets quite noisy outside during rush hour. Inside, it’s mostly just us on our computers or the phone. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing the address. It's a simple operation. We match candidates with companies that need them. Some days we find a great fit quickly, other times it takes a lot of digging through files. We don’t use any secret methods. It’s just about putting in the time and talking to people. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have seen many neighbors come and go. It’s a practical way to run a consultancy, keeping costs down and focusing on the actual tasks.
