Nvti operates out of Sexena House at C-42 in Sector-22, Noida. It’s an easy enough place to find if you know the neighborhood. Sector-22 is quite a busy area with a lot of local shops and houses. Our office is in a building that has been around for a while. It’s not a modern office park with a gym or a cafeteria. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. The rooms are a bit small, and we’ve had to get creative with how we fit all our desks and equipment inside. It’s often a bit messy, with wires running along the floor and stacks of boxes in the corners. We don't really care about having a corporate look. We just want a place where we can get our work done. Most of the time, we’re just focused on our screens or talking to each other about the projects we’re working on. It’s a very honest way to work. We have our favorite lunch spots nearby and we know the local chai wallah quite well. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us. We don’t need anything more than this to do what we do. We show up, work hard, and head back to our families when the sun goes down.
