Master Hunt

Master Hunt is tucked away in Room Number 10 over in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The pin code is 201304. It’s not a very big space, just a single room in a larger building where a lot of other small businesses are located. We mostly do recruitment and searching for specific people for different roles. We call it "hunting" but it's really just a lot of phone calls and looking through resumes all day long. The room can get pretty stuffy when the sun hits the window in the afternoon, so we usually have a small fan going. There’s barely enough space for our four desks and the filing cabinet, but we make it work. We aren't one of those big agencies with a lobby and a fancy coffee machine. We usually just go down to the stall on the corner if we want some tea. It is a very hands-on kind of job. We talk to people from all over the state and try to figure out if they are a good fit for whatever we are looking for at the time. Sometimes we find exactly who we need in ten minutes, and other times it takes us weeks of staring at the screen. We don't have any polished scripts for our calls; we just talk to people like normal human beings. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in a busy city like Noida.
