We are deep in the rural part of the district where everyone knows everyone else's business. We started this because farming alone in Mushkerkhurd was getting to be too much of a struggle. We are just a group of neighbors who wanted to see if we could do better by working as a team. Ishwer Dass helps us keep things running from his house. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just sitting outside talking about the rain or the price of wheat.
