Triogenesis Agro Private Limited is located over in the industrial area of Utelwa in Jagdishpur. We are at C 255, which is a spot we have been in for some time. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around, which suits us just fine because we are always busy with something. It isn't a fancy place, just a workspace where we can focus on the agro side of things. We handle a lot of the technical parts of farming that people don't usually see. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by factories, but our heart is really in the soil and the crops. Jagdishpur is a good place to be because we are close to the transport links we need. We started this because we wanted to do something practical in the agriculture sector. We aren't here to give speeches; we are here to work. Some of the guys have been with us since the start, and we all know our way around the equipment. It gets hot in the summer here, and the office can feel a bit cramped when everyone is inside at the same time. But we get through the day. We deal with the everyday problems of running a private company in this industry. It's a lot of coordination and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We just keep our heads down and work.
