Integrated Bussiness Solution

We’ve been set up in Sector-12, Noida for quite a while now. It’s a 201301 area code. Integrated Bussiness Solution is a small team. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. Our office is pretty basic with some computers and a few chairs that have seen better days. Noida can be a bit overwhelming with all the new sectors popping up, but Sector-12 feels like our little corner. We usually start our day around nine and work until we finish what’s on the list. There isn't much hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. Sometimes we have to stay late to fix things that went wrong during the day. We don't write big reports about our goals. We just focus on what needs to happen today. The neighborhood has a lot of small shops and we usually grab tea from the stall around the corner. It's a practical place to work. We’ve learned to deal with the power cuts and the heat during the summer months. Our space is lived-in and maybe a little messy, but it works for us. We don’t try to impress people with big words. We just do the work and hope it’s enough. Most people find us because they know someone who worked with us before. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living in Noida.
