Heromindmine

Our place, Heromindmine, is tucked away in C-15, Sector 15 of Noida. If you know Noida, you know Sector 15 is one of those older, more established parts of the city. We’ve been here for quite some time. It’s a decent area with plenty of trees and some good spots to grab a bite. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We spend our days working on training materials and talking to people about learning new things. It’s not a high-rise office building with glass walls. It’s more of a regular building where we can actually get things done without too much fuss. We have a lot of folders, some old notebooks, and plenty of computers. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but we just deal with it. We don't try to act like we’re some huge, untouchable company. We’re just a group of people who are good at what we do and want to help others get better at their jobs. The 201301 area is always busy, and we’re right in the middle of that energy. We have our routines, like getting tea in the afternoon and catching up on emails. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure our classes and sessions go off without a hitch. We don't have a fancy mission statement written on the wall. We just show up, do the work, and hope it makes a difference.
