Gulashanagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Salempur, Bangar, right in the Moradabad area. We operate out of Gulshan’s place. We are a bunch of local farmers who decided to pool our resources. It isn't a fancy business with a big budget or anything like that. Most of our time is spent out in the fields, dealing with the crops and the dirt. We wanted a way to manage our farming work better, so we formed this producer company. It helps us when we need to buy supplies or find buyers for our harvest without getting cheated. Being in Moradabad, we have a lot of neighbors who do the same work. We don't have any professional managers; it’s just us making the decisions together. Sometimes we argue about what to plant or when to sell, but we figure it out eventually. Our office is just a simple room where we keep the books and meet when the sun gets too hot to work outside. We don't use any polished language or marketing slogans. We just do the daily grind of farming. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night. We have lived here all our lives, so we know the land and the people. We just want to keep things going and make sure the farming stays sustainable for our families and our kids. It's just who we are.
