Executive Search Pvt Ltd is tucked away at B-145 in Sector-15, Noida. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. Sector-15 is one of those parts of Noida that has everything you need close by. Our office is pretty basic, with a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a whole lot of phone lines. We spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out where they might fit. It’s not a glamorous job, but it keeps us busy. The 201301 area is a good place for a business like ours. The office itself could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas. We don't really mind, though. We aren't here to impress people with our interior design. We’re just here to do our jobs. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of positions to fill at once. You can usually hear three or four people talking on the phone at the same time. We drink a lot of coffee and tea to stay energized. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. We all just jump in and help out when things get busy. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to be useful and get the work finished before it’s time to go home. It’s a long day sometimes, but we get through it together as a group.
