Executive Search Firm

We are based out of Stellar Park in Sector 62. It is a busy part of Noida. Most days we are just here at D-501 making calls and looking through resumes on our screens. It gets quite loud sometimes when everyone is on the phone at once. The building is okay, nothing fancy, but it works for what we do. People come and go. We spend a lot of time talking to candidates and trying to figure out where they might fit. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and that is a real problem for the morning shift. We have been in this spot for a while now. Sector 62 has changed a lot over the years. There are more lunch spots now than when we first started. Finding the right person for a job is actually pretty hard work. It takes a lot of patience. We just sit here and do the work day in and day out. Sometimes the traffic getting into Stellar Park is a nightmare in the evenings. We try to leave before the rush but it does not always happen. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and printouts. It is just a normal office environment with people trying to get things done. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and our computers. If you find yourself in this part of Uttar Pradesh, you probably know the area. It is a lot of concrete and glass buildings around here. We just keep at it.
