Our office for Eq Solutions is over in C-Block of Noida, specifically at house number C-474. It’s a residential area that has a lot of offices mixed in now. Noopur Srivastava is the one who mostly looks after things here. We have a small setup in the building where we do our daily work. Noida is always growing and there are new buildings coming up every day, but we like our spot in C-Block because it’s a bit more settled. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Inside, it’s just a few desks and a lot of wires. We spend most of our time solving problems for people who call us or send emails. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. The commute can be a pain because of the traffic on the main roads, but once we are inside the office, it’s quiet enough to focus. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and sometimes we order lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a very normal office life. We don’t have any grand statements to make about what we do. We just take the projects as they come and try to finish them before the day ends. It’s a steady way to work and we like the routine of it. We just focus on getting the job done right.
