Customer Care Executive & Tech Support

Our office is located in an LIG Flat, specifically 48-C in Pocket A-5, Sector - 71, Noida. It’s a modest place where we handle customer care and tech support for various people. Calling us Customer Care Executive & Tech Support is a bit of a mouthful, but it describes what happens here every day on the ground. We spend a lot of time with our headsets on, talking to people who are usually having a bit of a bad day because their gadgets or services aren't working right. We try to stay patient and walk them through the steps to fix things without getting too technical. It’s not always easy, especially when the lines are busy and people are waiting, but we do our best to get through the queue. Being in a flat instead of a big office building makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a factory environment. We have a small kitchen area where we take our tea breaks and talk about the tough calls we’ve had. Noida 201301 is where we’re based, and most of us live just a short bus ride away from the sector. We don't have any big corporate slogans or motivational posters. We just aim to answer the phones and solve the problems that come our way as quickly as we can. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening to people's frustrations. We’ve been doing this for some time.
