Career Guidance

You can find us over at the Udaygiri Apartment in Sector 34. Specifically, we are in building B-10, 132-A. It is more of a residential area, so it stays a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs in Noida. Career Guidance is what we do, and being in an apartment complex gives it a bit more of a personal feel. People coming in aren't walking into some glass skyscraper; they are just coming to a regular place. We spend a lot of time talking to students and people looking to change their jobs. There is usually a lot of paper on the desks and the printer is always making noise. It gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at the same time, but we manage. The security guards at the gate know us pretty well by now. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything. Most of the time, we are just sitting around a table going over options and plans. It’s a good spot because the metro isn't too far away, which makes it easier for people to reach us. Sometimes we have to remind people which floor we are on since the numbering can be a bit confusing for first-timers. We’ve been in Sector 34 for a bit, and it feels like home. It is a practical way to work, focusing on what people need without any of that corporate stuff.
